The York is the first new commercial office building to be constructed in Beenleigh in the last decade. The seven-storey office building has 4,000 sqm or commercial space, comprised of retail, SOHO and office space, as well as underground car parking. Due for completion in 2020, the development of the mixed-use precinct will feature a facelift to John Lane and is expected to bring a $40 million economic and jobs boom to the area, revitalising and reactivating the Beenleigh CBD.

Alder Constructions engaged MDA Consulting Engineers to provide the following building services design components:
