MDA Consulting Engineers were contracted by Amisco to assist with major renovation works of the existing Coolangatta beach front shopping centre. Providing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, sprinkler and vertical transport design engineering services, MDA worked with Amisco to redesign and upgrade the 1980’s building by installing new travelators, escalators and retail and commercial outlets.
Some of these outlets spanning over 4 levels include; Woolworths Supermarket, Mini Majors, specialty shops, commercial offices, a cinema complex and the ocean front dining/restaurant precinct as well as a basement carpark.
