MDA Consulting Engineers were engaged by Burchills Engineering to provide URD & NBN Services Design for Arundel Hills Residential Development.
The scope of services included
- Attend design and Project Control Group meetings.
- Negotiate with supply authorities.
- Liaise with Civil Engineer the coordination and alignment of services.
- Preparation of documentation and specification schedules in accordance with Energex design manuals to achieve authority approvals.
- Preparation of NBN compliant pit & pipe design documentation.
- Documentation of street lighting.
- Provide RPEQ design certification.
- Obtain council approval of electrical reticulation.
- Obtain supply agreement from Energex.
- Obtain NBN or Telstra approvals.
- Review of tender submissions and make recommendations to the client.
- Certificate of Acceptance as required by Energex.
