The new 15 storey residential apartment building on Musk Avenue in Kelvin Grove will contain more than 140 apartments, adding to the Kelvin Grove Urban VIllage. The masterplanned village is home to more than 1,000 residential apartments and has been designed to accommodate every budget and demographic from high end luxury penthouses with park views to budget friendly student accommodation. The area contains numerous facilities such as restaurants, libraries, cafes, bars and fitness clubs and is a creative hub for designers, artists and digital media producers.
MDA Consulting Engineers have been engaged by Nettleton Tribe Architects to provide the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic design engineering services for the new build.
