Project: Green Leaves Early Learning, Rockhampton
Client: FDC Construction & Fitout (QLD)
Architect: Raunik Design Group
The brand new Green Leaves Early Learning Rockhampton facility, conveniently located outside of Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre, has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age, including state of the art chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson space, as well as a parent lounge where families can catch up with each other or educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat. Each of the learning hubs is bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials, and each hub leading to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse or caring for the edible gardens.
Green Leaves Early Learning is a privately owned business with a purpose to provide early education and care that exceeds traditional care and education standards. Passionate and professional teams throughout the business are committed to giving careful attention to every task and every relationship. With almost 1,500 team members on the horizon, Green Leaves Early Learning is fast becoming the early education sector’s employer of choice. Partnering with some of Australia’s leading developers, such as Arena REIT Management, Westfield, Blackstone, Mirvac and Stocklands, the centres provide premium early education services that exceed traditional early education standards.
MDA Consulting Engineers provided Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic Services and NCC Section J design components for the project.
