MDA were approached by GMP Management and Design Imagery for the Building Services Design at four locations:
Ferrari Gold Coast, Hyundai Dealership Robina, Mazda Showroom Lismore & Southport and Audi Showroom Springwood.
Mechanical & Air Conditioning Consulting Services
– Individual mechanical ventilation systems, carpark ventilation systems, air-conditioning to office and customer areas by means of air-cooled package roof mounted units, Air distribution by means of acoustically lined duct work and registers sized to meet the building thermal load plus an agreed equipment load.
Electrical & Lighting Consulting Services
– Modifications to existing building main switchboard to suit refurbishment, provision for supply authority, Submains (Distribution switchboards, Mechanical Services equipment, Hydraulic Services), Power and permanently connected outlets to general building areas, Automatic smoke detection alarm, power to automatic doors, Feature showroom lighting, Emergency and exit lighting to open tenancy areas, Landscape lighting, security lighting to buildings, signage lighting, carpark lighting to code compliance, BCA Section J Building Energy Efficiency Review & Certification.
Communication & Security Systems
