Gold Coast’s most iconic building at Lahrs Road is being transformed into Gold Coast’s most pristine and newest office complex. Located in one of Australia’s fastest growing corridors and being strategically positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with approximately 170,000 vehicles passing daily and access to 60% of Queensland’s population residing between Brisbane and Gold Coast), practical completion is targeted for early 2022.
Each level of the building is being meticulously refurbished to offer its tenants modern new office premises with completely new services, including a new lift, new air conditioning, new fire sprinklers and new finishes throughout.
